Waiting that is! I was going to start raw on jan 1st, but i feel myself getting sick and after seeing the lives all of u lead i would be depriving my body if i waited one more day! So i guess, today will be day one of my raw life, thanks everyone!

Even though Ive done pretty good ( a little better than just so-so ) I was waiting for Jan 1st also. Yesterday I wanted to do my re-dedication, but I soo want to start tomorrow instead. That little voice inside me says "But on Jan 1st, you wont get to celebrate with a big bang" Ya know a New Year should mean a new life, cleansed, refreshed, fresh start.

Well, EVERY DAY on a raw vegan lifestyle is actually a day to celebrate. The life inside these foods celebrate inside of as well! Every. single. day. We eat in a way that cleanses us of many things- not just food, per say. If I dont have to count calories or fat grams anymore I refuse to tie myself to an exact specific date. If you know what I mean? What will Jan 1st give us that we can't enjoy a few days earlier?

i feel so good! i've been raw for 9 hours, but knowing i am feels good. i went grocey shopping and bought a few things new to me. I also got a juicer which i'll use tommorow, i made me and my girls greenish smoothies, the berries were way overpowering to the spinich. i just feel so happy right now. My mom is making carne asada for dinner and this choclate pie thing and all i can think about is how much i don't care it's there!
