This just came up on another thread, and I thought I would share: http://www.relfe.com/toilet_seat_constipation.html

There was a thread on this several months ago, but I think it went to internet never-neverland...

At the bottom, there is a link to this site http://www.naturesplatform.com/all_products.html?sid=NP262097-45086-1198855821&a=&p=all_products.html&s=&c=&x=1#place_order
that sells the special seats.

I do NOT have one, but I think it's a really good idea. I actually have tried, when feeling mildly constipated, squatting on the toilet, and it really helps. Pretty funny stuff when I tried it for the first time. I'll spare you all the gory details...

Any one else actually have one of these??? Or live in a country where the "toilets" are the holes in the floor you squat over?

It is actually a GREAT idea. I'm thinking I'll get one for "my" bathroom. I currently use this in "his" bathroom ~ http://tinyurl.com/ypm76w. I find the Welles Step very helpful and I've got some good movement going on. :D

Thanks for the reminder of the platform. I just need to see if it will fit 'tween the wall and cabinet.

I prefer Revvell's one as it does not force you to place your weight up against the underside of the seat cover in the way that the other one does.
I can only imagine the amount of germs that would transfer to my clothes if I was sitting in that position.
