Ok...I'm still experimenting with the crackers - haven't had an inedible batch yet, but each time I'm refining and , well, experimenting!

These are the best yet - EVERYONE loves them!

1 cup ground golden flaxseed
1/2 cup ground sesame seeds
Kernels from a cob of corn
1/2 red pepper
salt

Blend it all up and dehydrate (I did mine for about 18 hours) until crispy.
Edited to add: with some water until you get the right consistency

This was just a small batch to experiment - made 2 trays full (I'll double it next time!)

I keep thinking they'd be nice with a dip, but haven't got round to making one and they're nearly all gone...

I am going to try this - I am not a flaxseed lover, however, I do believe that the use of the sesame seeds would be a great addition. Is it a one on one recipe or less of one? Please share

I agree Sweetlips - sesame seed have a really nice taste. Next time I'm going to try 1 cup of flaxseeds & 1 cup of sesame seeds (this time I only did half a cup of sesame)

I am going to try this too because I'm not crazy about the sprouted grains like rye and wheatberries when their all ground up. This sounds good.
