I'm Arwen (I go by that name online, regrettably it isn't my actual name on paper!), I'm 22 in January and I'm from England.
I'm new to the raw food movement, and I've yet to take the leap into majority-raw eating, but I've been reading about it a lot since this summer. I'm a big fan of Shazzie, her books and products, and she's helped me enormously in terms of getting started. I also like Kate Magic and David Wolfe as inspiration, and I listened to the Raw Food Summit that happened recently too.
I joined this place looking for juicer advice, but I'm also looking forward to spending time around like-minded people, since I don't know anyone else involved in raw food personally. Yet! It's still very much a growing 'industry' (excuse the term) in the UK, but I'm doing my part to spread the word!
