Visiting relative ate all my flax crackers...

So a visiting relative who is rather skeptical of the raw foods diet discovered my bag of live crackers I had made, and ate them all. Plain! There's so much flax in those crackers... I hope he's okay! He kept saying, "these are sooooo good!! You'd make a fortune if you sold these!" (Flax + juicer pulp + Italian seasoning) He actually didn't ask me what was in them. He eats a lot of wasa crisp bread and stuff like that, so maybe it seemed familiar to him.
Needless to say, he started off 3 hours later than he planned to this morning, with no explanation. hmmmmmmm......

craziness!! Dh ate some raw food with his cooked food on Christmas day, and commented to me about how he felt "so many more nutrients" were in the raw food!

He's probably having bathroom "issues" right now due to the flax, tho! Good luck on that :P

I think that's awesome! People look at me weird enough when all I eat for lunch is a big salad or some fruit for lunch, but if more people would just try.....;)
