hey everyone. im totally new to this raw vegan lifestyle. my decision to go this way of eating is for many reasons, but basically IT JUST MAKES SENSE. sooo to start..where is the best place to shop for food and for the cheapest price??

ALSO..where can i get raw legumes, and beans..so i can sprout them..? i was thinking a health food store?

ALSO.. i suffer from psoriasis, so if anyone has or knows anyone that has this disease and it has successfully cleared or gotten better from eating raw that would be awesome to here :) thanks everyone..hope to talk to you soon! :)

Aloha and Welcome!!! I've read many testimonys where rawbies have spoken about their skin issues healing! You could also do a google search on the following...

dry skin brushing
oil pulling

there is also quite a bit of information on this forum on these two topics. If you look at the top of every page you will see a banana with the word 'SEARCH' under it -- if you click on the banana - a search page will pop up and you can search for any threads dealing with these two things... the results will be almost overwhelming as these two topics have been discussed a lot on this forum!

as far as where the best place is to purchase your foods - it really depends on where you are -- for instance -- I'm in Hawaii so there's no way the stores I shop in would be of any benefit to you -- unless of course you are here!! ;)
