I made Alissa's tortilla's from the enchilada recipe & (long story, short) they are overly dried & no longer flexible.
Any way to salvage? Can I spray them w/ water? I would really hate to not be able to use them for the recipe that I made them...
Anybody have any suggestions?

There are several things you can do

You can place a moist paper towel in a zip lock, so they absorb some moisture, this works great.

I've also used them crispy and hard like tortilla shells, I love them that way.

You can reconstitute them entirely, tear them apart, add some liquid put them in the food processor make into a paste, and spread on a teflex and dehydrate, basically-- start over (I've done this a dozen times with different things, works well)

Thanks! I never would have thought of the "Do Over"... I've had my dried out tortillas on the counter for days, not wanting to break them up for crackers (as this would somehow be defeat) & now I can just re-do them... I'll let you know how it turns out,
