HI EVERYONE

I JUST COMPLETED A 10 MASTERCLEANSE FAST AND LOST 12 LBS. IT HAS CHANGED MY LIFE AND I AM COMMITTING TO NEVER RETURN TO A SAD DIET FOR AS LONG AS I LIVE. THE ONLY CHALLENGE I HAVE WITH SOME OF THE RECIPES IN ALISSA'S BOOK IS USING TREE NUTS. DOES ANYBODY HAVE ANY SUGGESTIONS ON WHAT I CAN REPLACE THEM WITH? ANY SUGGESTIONS WOULD BE APPRECIATED.

THANKS

VITO

would you like to pick a few recipes to give us some ideas of what you want to eat? Thanks!

Hi Shel Shel

Thanks for your quick response. I am thinking about the recipes that require macadamia nuts, almonds, cashews--the Fettucini Alfredo recipe. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

This is hard because all cheese recipes, at least that I know of, have nuts as a base. Hummmm.

I'm not sure. We will have to wait and see what others suggest. Sorry I couldn't be any help.

Vito,

Sometimes you can substitute with sunflower seeds or pumpkin seeds, depending on the recipe. You have to try to see what works for you.
The best recipes often turn out to be your experiments!
