I'm looking to read more about health and nutrition, but on a deeper scientific level. I LOVED the China Study because it was factual with good examples and information, but I'd like some more books like that. If anyone has any good health related books regarding nutrition, cancer, diseases...please let me know!
Thanks!

Victoria Boutenko's book 12 Steps to Raw gets into some excellent, in-depth science, at least in-depth enough to be challenging for my mind to wrap around it.....:D
Also, David Wolfe's book The Sunfood Diet Success System can get a little airy-fairy with the poetry, but the very well-done charts in the back comparing humans and apes and carnivores were the last straw that convinced me we're meant to be vegans.
I like the Live food Factor by Susan Schenck -- it's got loads of information and is very readable and inspiring.

I just read Joel Fuhrman's Fasting and Eating for Life It was great! It was a good follow-on to The China Study.

Gabriel Cousen's books are awesome. David wolfe's is good but I agree that the poetry was abit 'fluffy'. Ive just ordered abook about a cowboy who wont eat meat...sounds interesting, 'Mad Cowboy'. 'Vegan Freaks' is another good read.
