hi I have shazzie's books and got them from the UK (I am in the USA) anyway they do have them at rawfood including the new one. Naked Chocolate that she wrote with David Wolfe. Has anyone read it yet? Dieing to get it. Just found out about it today.

I don't have the book yet, but I went to a seminar at the local Whole Foods with David.....what a great day! He gave away two copies of "Willie Wonka and the Chocolate Factory" and I got one of them. The other went to Spencer, the guy from Whole Foods who put the whole thing together.

They had a party that night where I had my first taste of Durian...I am now a HUGE fan.....it was frozen and had some of the raw cacao nibs made into syrup and drizzled over it....wow.....that was the greatest!!

My wife has made some really good things with Cacao, Goji berries, Agave Nectar and her imagination....Man...that was awesome.

The things I learned about cacao (like how it was used as money in ancient civilizations) blew my mind.

Now if I could only figure out a way to make the 3+ hours of audio available!
