soaking flax too long???

I put some flax seeds in soak water, Sunday.(three days ago)....the bowl is covered, in my refrigerator...can I still make crackers???? How do I know if they are bad??

Funny, I've never made it past overnight, and I usually don't make it past a few hours. I have no idea!!! BUT, it couldn't hurt to try. I would just mix up a bit of salt or nama shoyu and try it out. Then you can report back to us. :D
