I know transistioning is different for everyone. but i was wondering how you guys did it.. i was thinking of eating 1 raw meal a day and then after a while start eating 2 raw meals a day, and then 3. what's your thoughts on this??

For me it was easier to go 100%, and not beat myself up if I have a once-in-a-blue-moon bump in the road. I would get too obsessive over the % thing.
As for you, what is your current diet like? Do you think you'll have much detoxing to do?

I did a slow transitioning instead of overnight 100% raw.
first i started having fruits/ smoothies/ orange juice for my breakfast then some more fruits for snack.
after that i slowly started having raw meal for dinner. this way i was able to be 75% raw. some times i switch meals between my lunch and afternoon snack.

That sounds like an excellent plan to me! :)

Green drinks, also known as green smoothies are great. I've heard others besides myself say that it helps take away sweet cravings. They are also very filling and easy to make and take if you going to be away from home for awhile and will need something.
