Yeah!!!

Okay, so all my family isn't completely raw but several enjoy just about everything I make. Every year at Christmas I have everyone choose their favorite Christmas treat for me to make and this year 3 out of the 5 choose raw dishes, of course one of those was myself. My son choose Alissa's blueberry pie and a daughter choose Alissa's mock salmon (for crackers) and I'm choosing a great recipe for macaroons that is just incredible. Merry Christmas to all of you!!!

OOOOOOOOOOHhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh I love mock slmon and please share how you macroons turn out. We put coconut in almost every raw desert around here.

The macaroons are incredible. It's a recipe from the book Raw Food/Real world. (page 257) There is a chocolate and a Blonde recipe. I use the blonde recipe. I use agave instead of the recommended maple syrup. Everyone who's tasted these and isn't raw loves them. They're a fun treat. If your don't have the book let me know and I'll tell you more about the recipe.
