View Full Version : Help! I need a raw sports bar recipe!!!!!

After new years, I will be out ofmy home for more than 12 hours. (going to the gym early morning, working and going to school at night). I need to make raw sports bars for lunch and dinner, because I am tired of carrying bulky tupperware of salad and I am trying to avoid eating out.

I need food on the go.

Can anyone share an easy recipe with me? Thanks. This will be my first time using my food dehydrator. So I am new to this.

I just make them using nuts and dates in the food processor and then rolled into balls or pressed into a pan and cut into chunks. Sometimes I add figs for the calcium. You can play around w it too.. coconut and cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice. :) Or just eat nuts and raisins... :) I always have those w/ me just in case. )
