Ok, so im waiting for a couple of books to come through with recipies, so thought I would ease myself in with green smothies. Been having one for breakfast for about five days now and have noticed a hundred fold increace in wind. Will this selltle down or will my girlfriend from now on refer to me as trumpet man?

Apollogies and Thanks

It will settle down. Your bowels have to get used to all that fruit and greens. It took a couple of weeks for me.

What type of fruit and greens are you using? I personally find apples can make me quite bloated but pears are fine.

Or it could be that your body just needs to get used to it like Nurse said.

I agree your body has to get used to all the fiber. I love your name by the way!

Fisticuffs - Very old name for bare knuckle boxing, best way to picture it is two old englishmen with moustaches and top hats exchaning blows. Quite funny really

Good to know it should settle down, i already find myself craving them when I get up. I am trying to rotate all the fruit each day so hopefully I should get used to it all.

Thanks for the replies.

Flatulance is just organic air refresher. Up the fruit in your smoothies so that your "wind" will have a sweet smell;)
