:confused: Just wondering if anyone who normally doesn't like cilantro has made these anyway and included the cilantro and liked them?

i am about to make them and there isn't any cilantro out
so i am using parsley, a close relative -but not the same taste.

:) Just hope they taste good. I can already smell their aroma and it is the same as everything else I've put in the dehydrator - maybe the smell will become more distinct and different as the hours pass by. I didn't have any coriander either so they simply have fresh parsley and the curry in them and the fennel. I used the mason jar top tip - neat idea. The recipe made about 10 burgers - is that about right? Or should they be skinnier? Fun, fun and more fun.

I never use cilantro. I always use parsley & they are fabulous. I love these burgers!!! YUM!!!

The great thing about raw recipes is that you can improvise just about everything. I've made these and they're delicious....just put some extra of the other spices that you like. I also like to put sage in mine. A friend gave me some that she'd dried from her garden last year and even though I thanked her I was thinking "what will I do with this". Well, I put it in all of my burgers and it is soooo wonderful.
