with or without shoes, with or without socks or just barefoot? I just got my rebounder yesterday & tried it barefoot & was wondering what everyone else does!

well i dont have a rebounder, but I have a mini trampoline. I usually jump on it with a thin-soled pair of tennis shoes

I prefer barefoot, if I am adding it to a work out circuit then I wear my sneakers. Sometimes I add it at the end of a work out just so I can do it barefoot.

When I first began, my shins would hurt so badly I couldn't do it so, started wearing shoes. I don't need them now. I would not do it in socks as you will slip IN the socks and possibly on the mat and possibly cause tendon/ligament connection problems. Either tennies or barefoot.

Thanks everyone!
I have now done it barefoot, with running shoes & with a thinner sneaker. I do like it with shoes as I feel I have more support...but I think I will do it from time to time barefoot as it might help strengthen the feet & ankles (I hope)

Hi
I cannot decide lol
I think i prefer barefoot:D
I do it barefoot! I "feel" where I am, so I don't feel like I'm too close to the edge.

I have actually been doing it barefoot. My ankles have strengthened quite a bit since I started. I only do about 15 min to 25 min pretty much every day. I do like it barefoot.

Inside I do my rebounding barefoot. But sometimes I want to go out on the deck and rebound and it can be very cold out there (Michigan Winters), so in that case, I put nice warm socks on. Either way is comfy to me:p
