again, did not do so well yesterday. remember how i said i took the M.O.M. because i was backed up? well, it work toooo well and i ended up with almost water like diarhea coming out of me which is not good for me because that makes me VERY hungry. everything i ate yesterday came right back out of me and kept me hungry. i started out good but ended up having a hot dog and pretzels, some chocolates, 2.5 slim jims and a beef jerky (ew!) and not sure what all else.

so, when i woke up this morning these words were going through my head "before you eat something, look at it and say is eating this going to bring me closer to my goal? and if the answer is no, THAN DON'T EAT IT!" not sure where those words came from (god, is that you?) but it is true. and i must do this. i have family coming over today and bringing baked goods with them. i know if i eat one i will eat 10 so i must keep the 1 out of my mouth. IF IT DOESN'T BRING ME CLOSER TO MY GOAL DON'T EAT IT.

i will blog later how my day went and what i did for exercise.
THIS WILL BE A GOOD DAY.

so far i have had:
1 serving of cashews 180cal
1 banana 50cal
1 glass apple juice 100cal

busy day ahead but plan to exercise tonight

later friends.

Hi Jafragirl,

Hang in there...you're doing well...we've all been where you are and it does get better and you'll find that it gets better! And good observation about those foods and asking yourself that question each time you're tempted to eat them! Just keep focusing on the GOOD stuff you eat each day and acknowledge yourself for that!

I also wanted to say that this area really isn't for journaling/blogging. I mean, if you have specific concerns you'd like addressed and to receive some support with then that's fine, but the more daily journaling types of posts are more better suited for the blog/journal area and if you need help getting one set up, there are instructions posted here: http://rawfoodtalk.com/showthread.php?t=23937

I would even say the 30-Day challenge thread would be a great place as well, but in there our cooked food slip-ups aren't supposed to be mentioned (a new thing we're doing from the way it was before).
