Freezing veggie dips?

I am planning on making some veggie dips from cucumber and one from zucchinni. Does anyone know if they can be frozen? Will this drastically change the consistancy?
I am hoping to bring these on holiday with me, and figured freezing them will prolong the life of it.
Any suggestions? Thanks!

Don't Freeze the Cuke.........it has too much Water in it. I would stick with Nuts, freezing. Take an appliance with you and make it Fresh. Have a RAW Day.
