I was looking through my un-cookbooks and thinking...I wonder which ones are everyone elses favorites?

My personal favs right now are Alissa's Corn Chips
Rawvolution's Sunflower Seed Cheese
Ani's raw pancakes with raspberries

Do you have a favorite recipe you make each week at least once? If so will you share and give me ideas for next weeks meals? Thank you! :D

Hey ShelShel! Right now I'm really into a recipe I adapted from a Karen Knowler newsletter. I take 2 leaves of radicchio, and fill each leaf with 1/4 of an avocado, some cherry tomatoes, and a pinch of Himalayan salt. Then I make a dip out of about 1 tbs. olive oil, 1 clove of finely grated garlic, about 2 tsp. finely grated ginger, the juice of 1/2 of a lime, 2 tsp. red pepper flakes, and a teeny bit of water to thin it out just a bit. Then I kind of roll up the radicchio like a cigar, and dip it in the dip!! I'm telling you, it's so delicious, I eat it every night, and it's filling, but not too filling.....fantastic! I also make RP's brownies, which I'm sure you can find floating around here somewhere, but if not....

Raw Priestess's Brownies

1 cup walnuts (unsoaked)
1 cup dates (pitted unsoaked)
1/4 cup cacao powder (you may use carob if you like)

Place in food processor, and blend until well blended; should still be dry and chunky, appx 30 seconds. You may have to add a little bit of water so they stick together. Press into a small springform pan. Refrigerate until you can insert a knife and it isn't too sticky.

Cut into little pieces, then place in plastic baggies and freeze.

They can be eaten fresh from the fridge or from the freezer.

I have loved the macaroon recipe from Raw food/Real world. I always make the blondie verson. Also Alissa's blueberry pie recipe and her mock salmon pate is great.

Alissa's "crab cakes" are delish.
Raw slaw (shredded carrots, red cabbage, garlic, celery, salt, pepper, and sesame oil mixed.)

Pure Food and Wine's Lasagna
Juliano's Pasta Marinara and Pot Pie
Alissa's Pesto Mushrooms
Shazzie's ragu sauce with spaghetti, pine nuts and chopped mushrooms.

I must have been Italian in a former life!!
I also love Cindys Tuna Mayo Salad wrapped in a romaine leaf and Storm's tabbouleh (made with basil instead of coriander).
Soups - Alissa's broccoli, and the not-campbells tomato.
Desserts - I love them all, I couldn't choose one.
