I would like to say thank you to Alissa for her book, web site and especially for RAW FOOD TALK.

I would also like to say thank you to each and everyone of you who takes the time to post on this web site. Words can not express how much you have helped me since July 9th, 2007. You have all made it possible for me to embrace this lifestyle. I am so much healthier than I ever was before.

Happy Holidays to everyone!

I just want to say how thankful I am for this site too and the support. Also,
I am grateful that, for the first time in years, I have not gained my usual 10 to 30 pounds during the Holiday season! I am so thankful for discovering this raw food lifestyle!
