2 Speed Commecial VitaMix

I have the opportunity to get one of these. It is an older model but new. Will this do nut butters and make creamy heavenly treats too? Any info would be greatly appreciated, I do not have much time to make a decision.

Do the drink machines do the same things?

My vitamix is a two speed...low and high. Mine does everything I need it to do. Good Luck.
