My name is Kelly, I live out in the sticks of Georgia on my husband's horse farm. Our whole life revolves around family and training and selling horses--it's a truly wonderful life--we are very blessed. I have been an ovo-lacto vegetarian for the last 19 years and I am interested in making the switch to at least 80-90%raw. I am pregnant now and everything I've read says that the detox process can be harmful for the baby, so I'm only about 50-60% now. I wish I had this information before becoming pregnant! I think it would have helped with the morning (haha--ALL DAY) sickness.
I look forward to learning more about eating raw!
Happy Holidays!

Hi Kelly! I'm new to raw as well! Maybe you can just eat a little more raw each week and ease into it?

It sounds like you have a wonderful life with the horse ranch. I love horses!

Welcome!!!!:)

I live in a very small rural town also and I LOVE it. The people are down to earth and so genuine. I also have a great friend that trains and sells horses, it's really been fun to see her beautiful horses, it is her passion in life. Good luck with your new baby on the way....I have four children (my baby is 15) and having a baby is a wonderful thing. Enjoy every minute of it. By the way, welcome to RFT!!!!
