How long will Chili last

in the fridge. I made it Monday night and want the rest of it tonight. Would it still be ok to eat?

Hi Eilene! Which recipe did you make? There are a few floating around here.....
I don't know if it matters though. I tend to keep things as long as they still smell ok (recipes aren't really kind to a one person household)! I personally think you should be alright....I would think that as long as you eat it tonight, it will be good. But that's just me!

My mom always told me you can keep leftovers w/o meat in them for up to 4 days. Going by that advice, your chili should still be good. If your worried, just smell/taste a little first, as others have recommended.
