Making nut butter with my juicer.

The instructions say to use 1 Tblsp or so of oil to mix with it once it's been smashed (juiced).

What is an oil that I could use that won't overpower the nut flavor?

TIA!

Hemp! It's already got a nice nut taste to it so it shouldn't "take over" :D

thanks! Those sound great! Unfortunately, I live in Alaska and there aren't any natural food stores near me. I'll check in the Safeway organic section, but I'm not sure if either will be there.....

any other suggestions so that I have more options. Wish we had a better store :(

Alissa's site, Natural Zing, and several others are also good sources to order it and have it shipped to you
