It is Living Cuisine by Renee Loux Underkoffler.
The recipes in this book look so amazing and they do not call for a lot of specialty ingredients or a lot of expensive stuff. I am so excited. This is my second raw book (owning). I already have (and love) Alissa's.
Does anyone have this book? Made anything? Where should I start?

Thank you both for the recommendation!
I am thinking of trying one of her cakes for Christmas too.

she does have some great recipes in there; I've made several of her spring form cakes near the back - these are wonderful for raw foodist or Asian tastes, though not typically sweet enough for folks who eat cooked

I have owned this book for a couple years and after reading your post, I finally pulled it off my shelf again and made the Shepherds Pie. She uses steamed cauliflower for the "mashed potatoes" but everything else is raw. It is delicious.
I personally don't like the flavor of raw cauliflower and don't mind eating it steamed so it was perfect for me. It is a hearty dish and great for the winter.
