Have any of you with age spots on your hands seen them go away? It's like one year these spots just appeared on my hands and I could swear they're starting to fade.

Yes, mine are fading. Yea! I wonder if it is due to a cleaner liver, as I have done several liver/gall bladder flushes. Whatever, I'm happy. Oh, and I've be mostly raw for several years now. (Still aiming for 100% -- 100% of the time.)

Yes, I've had spots go away. Also, I was starting to get little wart-like bumps on my legs here and there. They're gone as well, as well as some excema-like stuff I used to get on one finger during the winter. None of that this year. I'm 66 and have been raw one year as of this week. It's an amazing lifestyle, yes???? ;)

Mine are also fading.
My mom always ate parsley and sweared it will fade age spots. I add it to my smoothies and in my juices a lot, and it tastes so good. Maybe it is helping!

Hi there,
I was only 35 and had some age spots on my hands and arms! Plus some scary pre-cancerous moles on my arms. They are all fading and going away!!! And I don't eat many greens, so it's not the greens, I think its just a pure, raw diet and nature taking its course. I also have less gray hair! Yippie!!!!
Blessings!
