well, i feel like crap this morning. every morning i wake up i feel like i have a hangover. my ENTIRE body hurts and my eyes and face are puffy. this is SO NOT OK! dear lord i have got to break this cycle. i am on a down hill spin but fast. here are my plans for today:
30 minutes of pilates before work
i work until after 6 today
go to church and rehearse christmas song to sing
come home, have dinner and do dishes and vacuum (which i did not do yesterday)
put more laundry in
journal on here my plans for tomorrow
read another chapter in 2 books today (i'll bring them to work and do that on breaks)
finish wrapping gifts
pray and do my at home bible study before bed
FOOD FOR TODAY:
breakfast: banana and a smoothie
at work: big salad, lots of water, bring apple and some cashews and banana
dinner: banana ice cream (yum)
That is it. Have a great day everyone.
p.s. i am also planning to start weighing in every day. NOT to be obsessive (i have never been one to be obsessed with the scales actually) but just to keep me accountable. if i know i have to face those scales every day i may be more apt to stick to plan. knowing i am only weighing in at the end of every 30 days is not cutting it because my mind tells me "you can be bad up until a few days before weigh in, then starve for those few days and wallah you will see a weight loss!" no, i think i need to check my weight each day to stay on track)
