Left corn on counter for about 8-10 hours, still good?

I had left frozen corn to thaw on the coutner and completely forgot it for at leasy 8-10 hours. Do you think it's still good or best to throw it out?

what was the temperature in your house? If it was cool out -- then most likely the corn will be fine - smell - then taste one of the little kernnels... I've done the same thing myself - forgot the corn for about 6 hours... they were fine... ;)
