Hi all, I have not been around for a while, to much going on in my life! No time to visit forums and such.

Any way, I am on some medication for a chronic illness. I had a test yesterday that is showing increased liver enzymes. My doctor is recommending, no herbs, no vitamins, no tylenol etc. For the next month, when I have another test.

I am wondering if anyone knows which foods out there support the liver? I know Lemon is one. But there has to be more.

Thank you
JennyPat

Beets, garlic, onions, pears, apples, cabbage, broccoli, carrots, dandelion greens, turmeric, cinnamon, licorice, wheat grass juice, barley grass juice, chlorella, and spirulina.

Check into Liv.52 to decrease liver enzymes. Also it is important to switch to organic produce because pesticides over load the liver and prevent it from regenerating.
