 Hi everyone,
I have some sprouted buckwheat and some soaked pinenuts I'm hoping to use to make Shazzie's "Pizza Pleaser" but it really isn't convenient for me to make it today - or even tomorrow - unless I have to. Any idea how long these things will keep fresh enough in the fridge? I am very new to this. Many thanks.

I'm not sure how long they keep as I've never kept them extended periods (unless I sprouted then dehydrated them which is also an option for you)...but I'm sure they should be okay for at least 2-3 days just rinse and drain them each day so they stay fresher.

Rawkinlocs - wonderful! You've helped a lot by giving me 2 good options. Thanks a bunch. hehehe - reason I don't want to make the pizza now is that I've overspent my budget already on food this week - poor planning - and I need to go out to buy tons more tomatoes and I'm broke unless I go to the bank!
