Hi everyone!

I read this forum for quite a long time now, but i decided to start writing from now on, to get some support for my new life with raw food and some new friends here. And of course to practice my english with you all nice people:) Last year i was 2 months on raw food and i felt greeeeattt, but i started to eat the sad food again and since than i have tryed to improve my way of life. I feel it is time for changes, and i realy want to feel so good again. I read you all a lot and you are so suppoting one to another that i want to be part of that:D

Your english is great....I wouldn't have known if you had not said anything. You should try green drink, or alot of people call them green smoothies. They are quick and easy....they help you crave greens instead cooked. It's a great quick way to get your greens. Welcome....and enjoy RFT.

jacsam thank you for praiseing me about my english:) by the way i did try green smoothies a lot of times because last year i was 2 months on raw food, but i lost myselfe somewhere on that road. I m going to be raw after New year, but i m already preparing myselfe for this time to be more strong when the crisis begin:D

Guys i can't belive it but i'm already on raw track:) i had a great begining and i'm finished with cooked food and diserts. I will join you on 30 day chalange in january to have some company on my whay.:D
