Hello--
I've been juicing every morning or daily for a little over a month and I've noticed that I get a headache if I don't get the juice by at least 12 noon. Once I drink my "green drink," the headache goes away. I'm thinking my body has become dependent on something in the drink. Today I didn't have parsley, so I didn't include it and I still got a headache. Anyone else have this happen??

In my drink: spinach, apple, pear, parsley, cucumber, celery, 1 lemon or lime, ginger, and grapes.

Maybe I'm getting too much sugar with all the fruit??

I'm not inclined to think it's a sugar imbalance unless you've really been hypoglycemic in the past. Is it your breakfast? or do you eat too? It's a very stimulating drink, a healthy version of the morning coffee. maybe that's it.

Hi Stina--
I've never been diagnosed hypoglycemic. I do use it as my breakfast. Thanks for your reply!

Are you eating anything before noon....it sounds like you aren't eating until noon. I've never gotten headaches from green drinks. I know that being dehydrated can give you a headache.
