OK...here's what I did:
first I put the nibs in my coffee grinder...
then, in my Omega juicer I decided to run some cashews thru to make cashew "butter", which is NOT creamy, but kinda hard...
then I wanted to make my banana ice cream so instead of washing my juicer, I just pushed my bananas right thru.
Mixing some agave nectar with cacao powder, to make more of a syrup.....
I had NO intention of having cashew butter with my ice cream..but it got alittle mixed in...and when I poured on the "syrup" and then sprinkled with alittle coconut flakes I had frozen....as I was eating, I realized the most amazing flavor when the cashew butter was mixed in...so off I went to the kitchen to crumble up alittle more cashew butter into my banana ice cream..
