Fabulous meal at Bonobos Restaurant in NYC

OMG! I had the most amazing meal yesterday at Bonobos in the city! I can't tell you how long I've wanted to go there and I was definitely not disappointed! For my meal I had this amazing salad with a nut/grain patty on top. The dressing was this yummy garlic tahini stuff that I just had to buy extra to take home with me! Their nut pates are absolutely amazing - I bought four different kinds to take home with me. I don't know exactly what was in them but one is flavored with fresh dill, one with cumin and the others - well I'm not really sure - but man are they good! The staff there are so nice - they are patient with any question you have and eager to let you sample all the different dressings and pates. If you live in the area, I would highly recommend it for a nice lunch or dinner. BTW, I just found out that Paul Nissan is going to be there on the 6th of June giving a lecture. Sounds interesting...

I had that exact same meal the last time I went to Bonobo's. . . it was great.

They have a Thursday night lecture series IIRC. David Wolfe spoke a few weeks ago, Gabriel Cousens is coming up I think tomorrow.
