Acne Clearing with Raw (pics)

Someone here had asked about eating raw and clearing acne. All my acne is healing up. It may not be completely gone, but there are no new flare ups. I wanted to encourage you all, if you are eating raw for bad acne...stick with it! Raw Rawks! :)

Well, the proof is in the (cacao cashew) pudding! I know what you mean....my skin clears almost instantly as soon as I eat raw again. Congrats!

Thanks you guys. Last year I made it 6 months raw without a break and wow...it was crystal clear. I loved it. I'm always at least 80% raw, but bumping it up to that 100% mark is the only thing that clears up my skin. I just know, when you first start out it can be so discouraging if you are detoxing through your skin, but it does clear up and eventually you are left with that Raw Glow!

Even if you flub and have something cooked, don't beat yourself up over it...just move forward with raw and learn something from the experience that will make you stronger in the future. ;)

Your skin has improved so much! Thanks for the pics, I was recently asking for encouragement from ya'll over my acne. I must say my skin is improving with raw too! I send tons of encouragement to go raw to anyone with acne, and I especially encourage you to hang tough during the detox, your skin will get worse before it gets better, but wow, what a stronger person you'll be when it's done!
