Help- a party panic!

Our staff holiday party is this Friday, and I need a couple of recipes to make to bring. I'm planning on making Alissa's date-nut torte, but I could really use some help think of an entree or two. The rest of the staff is incredibly supportive of my raw foods lifestyle, but I want to bring something that will show them it's not all salads. Any and all ideas would be awesome.

If you have a spiralizer the zuchini pasta and marinara sauce looks and tastes great and is easy and fast to make.

You don't really need a spiralizer for the zuchini pasta anyway. I just use a plain old vegetable peeler.
