Hi,
Am looking for a nutrition guide one that tells me the stuff my body needs everyday and the amount. RDA and all that, also what foods contain what..
Am trying to figure out a set menu that will meet my bodys needs everyday :)
Is there anywhere on the net?
Thanks

I have seen information of that sort on a site called "Eco Eating" but the problem is that all of the " experts" seem to have different guidelines and priorities so it can get confusing.
Have you looked at www.fitday.com

While I DO take heed of the RDA for everything, those intakes aren't really meant for every day obsession. I took a nutrition course, and my teacher, who had been an RD for over 20 years said that alot of those recommendations are for a "safety cushion", meaning that it's not going to kill you if you don't eat the RDA for everything, every day.
So don't stress. I'm SURE that I personally am getting way more nutrients than I did on SAD. Some days I have toons of beta-carotene, other days I'm way up on the omega-3's. Do I get the perfect intake every day? no, but I get a heeeck of alot more than I did pre-raw.
Good luck! :)

Those numbers are also based on cooked food eaters. I read that they (whoever "they" are) came up with those numbers purely based on averages. There isn't too much science backing up where the numbers came from. Good luck finding what works for you! :D
