Hi Everyone,
So many people write me and ask for my workout 'plan'.
Im always changing them a bit but now its really going to change.
I live a block from the beach but the hills are right up the other side of the street and all of the side streets here are VERY hilly. Dennis is still rollerblading every morning but he almost got killed the other day coming off a hill, he was airborne!
So, im giving up rollerblading, unless we happen to go to Huntington beach or something like that to do it... im also not into bikram yoga anymore. I donÂ’t know why i canÂ’t stay with the yoga. I love the meditative part but the postures are too slow and it just gets too boring for me, ive been going through this for years! So, once again, ive given up on the yoga. I think the main thing may be the classes. I canÂ’t be in a structured class like that and have to go at certain times. Anyway, there is a gym about 5 houses down from me (its a tiny gym, ive never seen anything like these, they are all over here in Laguna, i guess the land is too valuable for a large one, or so ive been told) its on the next street and its so nice, all open windows, etc.. You feel like your outside... anyway, i am going to get back into lifting big time again as that is always when i feel best and i think im going to attempt to walk these hills. My but is already killing me from the last two walks just up my street from the beach! Also some biking but that is pretty scary also!
Ill post here everyday what i do. Im curious to see the progress and i know a lot of you have asked for my exact routine. so, ill be started to write tomorrow and list everything, maybe ill even list my food, aughghh, i hate that but i do make other people do it soooo..... WeÂ’ll see about that, cant promise you that, but...actually, i suppose i should use my journal! Ok, so it will be under my journal picture, the one with me flexing, from now on. Im not as ripped as that at all and i need to get that back so we'll see how fast the Laguna beach hills can whip me into shape!
see you there!

Jmoney--we got the glow! No makeup necessary :)

Alissa--I'm so excited to read about your workout routines. Inspiring!
Two suggestions for yoga: the first is, maybe you could try Bikram--it's a little more challenging because of the heat...I love doing it in the wintertime though. Also, try doing yoga outside. It's a little more stimulating that way.

Oh so cool you're here to post your workouts!!!! :D

Everyone's got their exercise groovy style going on, it just a matter of finding what works best and feeling sooo groovy with it!! I know groovy is soooo 60's and 70's! I just like using the word for exercising though, because it really should feel like the groove really got it going on!! If it does, then the groove style has been found! And yes, I like to have a groovy attitude about exercising, it keeps me motivated!! Hope that makes sense to any one who's reading this!! :p

So glad you here!!!!! Yay!! :)
