Hi everyone. I ordered the raw for life 2 disc DVD set and it's awesome. The second disc has a bunch of recipes and shows different raw food chefs making things. This one had a woman from Vietnam using a kibell??? I have no idea how to even pronounce it, but it's soooo cool. It's like a knife and a mandoline and a slicer all in one and looks really old. Does anyone know what this is and where I could get one?

Hi - I know exactly the tool you're talking about. It's called a "cai-bao" and I bought one from Minh (wonderful Vietnamese gal - I'm guessing she's the one you're referring to).
It cuts in thin sheets and it very simple, rustic, and efficient. I paid $15 for mine as it was in person (at Living Light's raw food expo in Fort Bragg in August) - so no shipping charges. As far as I know, Ronnie and Minh sell it on their website: ubraw.com
I really like mine for cutting zucchini for lasange and for jicama, too. Hope that helps.
