Well, kind hearted Morn has agreed to help me with my raw journey. I was about to give up but she has extended a hand.

Jafra, DON'T give up! I have been off and on raw for over 2 years. Just when I think it's "clicking", I slip and binge. I know some of what you are dealing with. I am a cooked food addict too, especially sweets and bread!

Keep us posted, read alot of raw food materials (these keep me motivated) and most importantly....

DON'T GIVE UP!!!

thank tv! i promise i will not give up. i know god wants me healthy for the work he has for me to do. i just need to keep myself more connected to him through reading and prayer.
