one day fast

I work two jobs so i need to eat quite a bit to stay moving on my work days. However, i have a day off both jobs this weekend and i was wondering if a one day fast would have any kind of benefits for me? or is one day too short to see any kind of cleansing result? thanks in advance for your help.

SURE! One day is just fine if it is all you can work in. I have a day off during the week and I usually eat much lighter or drink lemon water all day for a day of cleansing. Sometimes the night before if I know I'm not going anywhere I will even drink an epsom salt solution to help get things moving on out.
