After being 100% Raw for 2 months I gave in too a few dishes, partly because of family pressure. I am pretty good about making determinations but the problem is that I am still very sick.

I want to lift myself back up, scrap off the dirt on my knees and keep on trucking. I am just worried that I have to go through the whole detox again. Has anyone had this experience?

I am more determined now as the dishes I had made me feel terrible afterwards, and even more determined. I just don't want to go through the whole detox sickness again. Perhaps there are ways to minimize this, such as fasting, etc... Let me know please.

Warm salt baths are good for gently pulling out the toxins. How great a detox you may have will be relative to how much toxicity you have taken on. If you were free and clear for a while, then had a cooked meal here and there, I would think your detoxing would be minimal this go-around.

Welcome back!

Hey Tito.....I'm not sure how you can combat more detox, but from my past experiences, the first detox was the worst, and at that, not all that bad. Of coarse, every body is different, and will experience different symptoms (some, none at all  ), but for me, after I've um, 'deviated', eating raw again was all I needed.....no real detox symptoms. I don't know how bad your original detox was, but I guess you'll find out soon enough whether or not this time will be as bad! I would tend to think that fasting would be more of a shock to your system, but that's just my opinion, and not an expert one at that. You have the right attitude.....just pick up, don't worry about detox, and keep going. My best to you.
