How much greens or figs, sesame seeds does a person need to eat to get adequate amounts?? I know of some things high in calcium, how much though?? and maybe someone could give me an example like 12 oz. spinach 5 figs, 5 TBS. sesmae seeds...or where can I find calcuim amounts to figure it out myself. and any other high calcium foods that I do not know about??
