We need to know what you have been eating to help you:) Dried fruits can cause gasiness, as well as unsoaked nuts, broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage - lets us know and we can help guide you to less gas-producing foods:D

I think that bad food combinations are the cause of most gassy problems. You probably know the basics like eat fruit alone, veggies combine with anything, do not eat a starch with a fat/protien. I have a hard time eating this way so I do get a little windy sometimes. The book," The detox diet" really goes into detail on food combining.

The gas can also just be part of starting this lifestyle. When I first went raw, I had gas and was bloated for about 2-3 weeks. It went away as my body adjusted, I rarely have gas issues now...and when I toot, it doesn't smell! :p

Sounds like you were an omni before you started raw. You could do a cleanse to help speed along getting rid of the old stuff:)

It will pass - no pun intended. I was the same way. I sometimes take enzyme tablets depending on what I'm eating (especially nuts because I have been too lazy to soak them), and that alleviates the problem.:p

Opinion: The above posts are correct. Simply light juice fasting or mono-eating should eliminate or ameliorate the problem.
