alissas class?

I'm very interested in alissas classes, she seems awsome, however I was wondering what exactly you learn in her classes, I already know the basics of raw food, like I understand how to make everything in her book, like does she teach you how to make your own recipes, like what exactly goes on in class, Hope you can help, Thank you
