Alissa's Choc Turtles...A TIP!!!

Hey Everyone!!! I just made Alissa's Choc Turtles in her book on Page 486...

They are WONDERFUL!!!!! A definite MUST MAKE!!!

Alissa says that they will be sticky, and she's right...they ARE!!! When they cooled off, the didn't seem to harden... Have you had that experience? So, when they were done, I put them in the freezer and WOW!!!! They are SOOOOOOOOOOO GOOD!!!! What other Choc recipes are to your liking??? :)

Renee - you've inspired me - I bet these would make a nice christmas gift for someone also....although i'd probably eat them all before i could give them away! thanks for the tip! alicia

Do you have to keep them in the freezer to keep them from getting sticky? I have a dehydrator, but have to wait for Santa to come before I can use it. I was going to make these to wow my family.

I also grease my teflex sheets with coconut oil before putting the turtles on there. It makes it much easier to get them off afterwards.
