adding pics to blogs?

is there a way to do this? when I tried to insert the img using the img button and web addy of the pic it just made a link? is there any other way to make the pic APPEAR in my blog?

Hey Zaph! I'm not sure which photo site you're using - I use http://www.photobucket.com... but to get a photo to appear in your blog (in the journal section) you need to use the [DIRECT LINK CODE].

below the message box where you are typing - if you scroll down to the bottom of the page you will see an area where you can input a code -

so copy and paste the direct link code into that spot - then hit the preview button to see what it will look like before saving it --

Now in the blogging section - you can only post one picture. If you want to drop in animated smileys into your blog - it will only put in links and you must use the ...


if you are posting anywhere else onthe forum... like responding to a thread - you can use the [IMG CODE] and your smileys etc... will post and show up in the post... hmmmm....did that make sense???
