Hi!
I was just reading an article from Cornucopia Institute about the whole raw almonds pasteurization thing, and in it, the USDA's reasoning for pasteaurization, fumigation is about keeping people healthy and not sick.
Well, I am sick of this excuse. If the USDA REALLY cared about the health of people, they would make places like Mcdonalds illegal, as well as the distribution of soda and such.
Also, the USDA really created this mess of pathogen proliferation by making farms larger and larger and harder for farmers to manage and monitor compost and irrigation.
So, I want to start a group and meet, and ACT and see how we can tackle this issue!! Really speak the truth and get it out to the public. These contradictions are sickening.
