I just love the video Victoria made showing how to prepare raw food. I love her accent and matter of fact attitude. She is used to preparing whole meals for her familly and she loves her vitamix!
I just received a book that her children wrote and have yet to examine it well but it looks simple and really well done. I was curious about what children raised raw would have to say about their life.
Their story is facinating and highly recommended by me.
